		<description>Yes, very well said. I find myself in the same position, so it is nice to hear I am not the only one being told I need to work less. I did take a vacation recently, but found it SO challenging to relax because not being productive felt so wrong and foreign at first. I keep reminding myself that &quot;success is paid for in advance&quot;, but getting away from the laptop is definitely necessary once and a while. Thanks for the post!</description>
