CommonCraft makes some great and insightful videos using metaphors people like us can relate to. Curiously, many seem to include ice cream. Lee must like the frozen dairy product as much as you and I. 
Social media certainly has provided us with the tools to get make informed decisions based on feedback from those we trust or crowd sourced from the masses.
But alas, a twitter search for my favourite ice cream flavour produces nil results http://ow.ly/jePU Guess I&#039;m not so average after all...</description>
